Builder's Grade Complete 16" .22LR Lightweight Pencil Upper Receiver | A2 | 12" M-LOK Slant Cut | with Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

This lightweight .22 Rimfire Complete Upper Receiver comes with our precision 16-inch pencil barrel and a 12-inch Free-Float MLOK rail, with the flash hider extending past the handguard. The bolt is made of all stainless steel construction and we use an anti-jam dedicated 22 charging handle.

Our .22 LR upper receivers are fully compatible with CMMG or similar 22 components. Our barrels and bolts are fully interchangeable and follow the same pattern as CMMG.

AMMO RECOMMENDATION: For in-house testing, we utilize CCI .22LR Mini-Mag 36 Grain Copper-Plated Hollow Point Varmint Ammo (1,260 FPS). We highly recommend this ammunition for use with all RTB .22 uppers. It is important to note that the use of underpowered or economy-grade ammunition may lead to less-than-optimal performance outcomes.

Uppers may present light fouling from our quality control process and/or test firing

Although .22lr AR builds do not utilize the functionality of a buffer or buffer spring, we still recommend using both to provide a stopping point/wall that prevents the 22 bolt carrier from moving rearward. Using a buffer and buffer spring will prevent light primer strikes. This is true for all Ciener/Atchisson 22 pattern platforms.

    16" .22lr upper

    very nice looking upper that pinned perfectly to my lower..machined very well..after a good barrel cleaning put 70 rounds through it first time out..ran flawlessly..had a few flyers the first 40 rounds but after that it was very accurate..using cci mini's and a few stingers with the blackdog mags..will put a few hunred rounds through it before i say its a tack driver..either way a fun reliable plinker

    Rtb 22 upper

    I have a few hundred rounds of aguila super extra 22 through this upper. Tested with Cmmg , black dog (required some fitting to work with my lower ) and m&p 15/22 ( with mag adapter ) mags. No cycling issues. Fit and finish is good. I think you get a lot for your money. Would purchase again.

    RTB .22LR Upper

    Very pleased with this upper. Ran about 500 rounds thru it the first time out with aguila hollowpoints and black dog mags. 100% reliable. Will make a great trainer for the kids.

    22 upper 16 inch barrel

    First 22 upper and it is fantastic. It runs like a sewing machine on lots of different ammo. I have about 500 RDS out of it and it holds great groups at 50yds. I plan on buying another .

    Order was placed product was shipped fast and arrived ahead of time. I mounted it on a 5dtactial lower and I used CMMG 25 Rd mags and a blackdog 50rd drum. It runs like a sewing machine I have around 400 RDS out of it and I like it better every time I take it to the range. Thank you for a great product at a great price.

    Great upper

    Was looking to get a 15/22 but saw this upper on sale and had an extra complete lower. Very light upper that looks beautiful. Mag dumped three different 22LR ammo types through it and they all fed great. Very happy so far.

    Exactly what I wanted.

    Very well put together upper. Plug and play essentially. From 25yrds the impact holes were touching each other using Eley subsonics. Cycles without any issues. Rounds that my cp33 wouldnt cycle, that the bolt would chew up, that got dented, fired with zero issues in this upper. Only additions were bore buddy's buffer plug and little bolt plate buffer thingy. Great job RTB!!!
