READING THIS DOES NOT GIVE YOU AUTHORIZATION TO SEND A PRODUCT BACK TO US. YOU NEED AUTHORIZATION FROM US TO SEND A PRODUCT BACK. INBOUND SHIPMENTS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.

 

 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS/ MISSING ITEMS/ PARTIAL ORDERS

 

 

     If you receive a damaged shipment and/or your order is missing item(s), you will need to contact us within 5 business days of receipt. You will also need to keep ALL the packaging, invoices and products and provide us with pictures upon request. Once all the information is relayed to us, we will reimburse you or send a replacement while we wait on the insurance funds from the carrier. If the above directions are not followed, then you will only be reimbursed when the carrier approves the insurance claim, and we are reimbursed.

     We do not send partial shipments. If your order is missing an item, you need to follow the directions above ASAP. We can make exceptions for the 5-day rule under certain circumstances. However, no exceptions will be made if you cannot provide pictures of the packaging, invoice and products received.

 

To Qualify for A Return the order MUST MEET ALL the following requirements

 

 

-All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Please take the time to inspect your item within 30 days of receipt. -All accessories originally shipped with the item must be returned with the item (including magazines, etc.) to receive a full refund. -Any newly manufactured item should be returned to the manufacturer for exchange. If we are the manufacturer or if we sent you the wrong part, then we will handle the return. In most cases, the manufacturer carries the warranty on these parts and needs to be replaced by the factory as not to void that warranty. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer first to make arrangements for the return. If the manufacturer is not being cooperative, please let us know and we will hold them accountable and help facilitate the return. -Returns for free shipping orders. Your refund will be less our cost for shipping the original order, unless waived due to an error on our part in fulfilling your original order properly. We do not provide return labels for return items unless the return is due to a discrepancy on our part.  

 

NO RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE FOLLOWING

 

 

-We DO NOT accept returns on FFL Items/ Firearms.

-If any of the following has occurred, then we cannot, in good conscience, resell the -item(s) as “factory new” and therefore will not accept the return.

-If the factory wrapping or packaging has been torn open and cannot be resealed. -If the factory wrapping or packaging has been visibly damaged. -If the item has been mounted or used in any way shape or form. -If there are any wear marks, from mounting the product, dropping the product, using the product, etc. -ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS FOR 80% LOWER RECEIVERS. -DO NOT SEND US A FINISHED 80% LOWER - THEY ARE CONSIDERED FIREARMS -Engraved products cannot be returned unless there is a discrepancy with the item. All engravings are considered custom products and cannot be resold to other customers, and therefore, will not be accepted for return.

NO USED ITEMS

 

     Used items will not be accepted for return unless we hold the warranty and there is a discrepancy with the product. If you would like to return a product for any other reason, then the product needs to be in brand new condition so that we can sell it as “factory new”. We are dealing with precision firearms and firearm parts. You cannot return a product if it is considered used. We do not sell used products, so please do not expect us to restock your used product and sell it to another customer. Essentially, if there is any indication that the product has been used in the slightest, then it will not pass our inspection and will therefore not be accepted as a refundable return.

RESTOCKING FEE

 

     Return exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis, however, please be advised that a restocking fee of 20% may be deducted from the original purchase price. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy, which allows us to continue providing quality products and services to our valued customers at the lowest possible prices within the industry.

 

CANCELLED ORDERS

 

     Orders are packaged anywhere from 1 minute to a few hours after your order is placed, then they are stacked with dozens and sometimes hundreds of other orders. Even if you have not received a shipping confirmation email, sometimes it is still physically impossible to cancel or intercept an order.
