This is how the deep engraving looks before being sand blasted.
Here it is after being sand blasted in preparation for Cerakote, Duracoat or Anodizing. It is standard practice to blast metal prior to applying a coating. Any coating or anodizing shop will do this.
Here it is with a finish. This is FDE Cerakote but any finish will work. Duracoat, Cerakote, anodizing, etc.
