Kaw Valley AR-15 Gas Block Dimpling Jig - .750

Our 6-position dimpling jig is designed to allow you to easily dimple your own barrel. The 6 different, laser-marked spacing sets allow for a variety of gas block applications. The jig will fit perfectly in any bench vise to allow easy dimpling. Spacing is to the center of the 5/32" drill guide holes: .400, .420, .450, .460, .470, and .500.

Machined from US Steel and QPQ Heat Treated.

Comes with:
(1) Alignment set screw
(1) Non-marring set screw

NOT Included: 5/32" Drill Bit/Spot Drill needed for cutting the dimples.

    Great dimpling Jig

    Great quality machining

    The finish of this jig is excellent and the markings are clear and concise. All of the holes are smoothly drilled and the threads on both of the set screws and the threaded holes are free of burs. I highly recommend this jig. Thank you to KAW Valley Precision for making a simple, well made and affordable dimpling jig.

    Perfectly simple

    Precision made, works perfectly, comes with necessary centering screws & hex wrench. Barrel steel is soft so it's very easy to drill the dimples for your gas block. The dimple requires a .154" # 23 drill bit.
