    Good product, GREAT customer service!

    First off, I got this receiver two days ago, for whatever reason it had some blemish marks below the forward assist where the aluminum was chewed up a bit, and a dent in one of the threads. Other than that everything looked great& to be fair, it could have happened to any manufacturer as the issue is not exclusive to cmmg. The next day after receiving it I emailed right to bear, with in 90 minutes I had a response offering a small discount or to offer an return then exchange as I still wanted the part. Due to not wanting to personally hassle with shipping(which they would have taken care of) I choose to take the discount instead as nothing done sanding and touch up paint cannot fix as I'm building my rifle to be functional not be a beauty queen. I cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service that i revived. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
