With this DMR barrel, you get much of the increased performance and accuracy found in bull barrels without the weight. These 5.56 Performance Series rifle-length barrels outperform standard 16" barrels in every category. The 4150 chrome-moly-vanadium steel blank is machined to precise tolerances and then given a quench-polish-quench (QPQ) case hardening that also delivers a naturally black finish. The barrel is threaded 1/2 x 28 for your favorite accessories and uses a .750" gas block. This barrel features a FailZero nickel-boron-coated extended M4 feed ramp extension for improved cycling. The Performance Series 20" 5.56 barrel also shoots .223 Remington.
