Right To Bear 9MM Barrel + Upper + BCG Combo Build Kit - 1/2 x 28
This combo kit comes with the 9mm Right to Bear barrel of your choice, a slick side 9mm (.22LR compatible) upper receiver, and a 9mm AR9 bolt assembly. The Right To Bear 9mm barrels are machined in house on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are thoroughly inspected at multiple stages of the build process to ensure quality. These barrels are machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium Steel and have a 1:10 twist rate. The final process is a salt bath nitride finish for an added layer of protection.The RTB Upper is made from forged 7075-T6 aluminum and is hard coat anodized. It meets military specifications and comes in a slick side configuration. The ejection port door is sized for 9mm and 22LR. This upper does have a shell deflector, but does not have a forward assist. This 9mm BCG is perfect for your 9mm pistol caliber AR-15 build. Due to the increased rearward velocity, blowback AR systems require a heavier carrier. 8620 steel carrier body with a tool steel extractor bolt carrier group. Carrier is engraved with "Made in the USA". This Bolt Carrier group is nitride QPQ treated with a Rockwell rating of 72, giving you the hardness needed to withstand thousands of rounds of usage. It is fully assembled ready to install. For use with both Glock and Colt pattern lowers.
Quench Polish Quench (QPQ) is a specialized type of nitrocarburizing case hardening that increases corrosion resistance. It is also known by the brand names of H&M Blacknitride+ (black nitride), Tufftride, Tenifer, or Melonite. QPQ is a huge improvement over chrome lined barrels. Unlike chrome lining, where the chrome is built up on the surface, QPQ converts the surface without the risk of dimensional build up. QPQ makes your gun’s metal 10 times stronger than it was originally, increases the velocity of your barrel by a few hundred feet-per-second, and slickens the surface to make your gun extremely lubricated.

- Machined from a Mil-Spec 7075 T6 Forging
- Type III Hard Coat Anodized finish
These uppers are machined to extremely tight tolerances for a more accurate build. Seating the barrel may take additional force. Light taps with a rubber mallet will do the trick.
Please Note: These uppers are only compatible with .22LR and smaller pistol caliber rounds, such as 9mm and .40
